Today, in most Portuguese companies, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion are still synonymous with the companies' social responsibility and internal culture planning. But, first of all, these are complex and structural issues that affect our lives at different levels, requiring interventions beyond public social policies.

Our proposal seeks to innovate on current approaches to DEI by developing leadership and a sense of belonging, acting in a multi-level and transversal way through collaborative methodologies.
